In order to support thousands of employees in their daily activities, the company is investing in the development of innovative business tools, the cloud, automation and artificial intelligence. You will join a human-sized team recognized for its expertise and its ability to quickly develop solutions with high added value. Developers play a central role, in direct contact with users and with an autonomy rarely encountered in large organizations. Within an expert development team, you design and develop business applications dedicated to the insurance underwriting activity.
Your main missions:
Collect and challenge business needs directly from users
Design user journeys and interfaces in React
Develop back-end services in Python (Django, FastAPI or Flask)
Participate in architectural choices and solution design
Deploy applications in Azure Cloud environments
Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes subjects
Ensure the testing, acceptance, documentation and production phases
Support users in the adoption of new tools
Manage your projects in total autonomy from the scoping phase until delivery
You will evolve in a model close to Citizen Development, where each developer is responsible for their end-to-end applications and acts as a true business partner. The remuneration and benefits for this position are:
A fixed salary over 12 months between €60K and €65K
A variable bonus + profit-sharing/participation of up to €10K
Up to 3 days of teleworking possible per week
