Do you like building useful applications, working on concrete problems and evolving in an environment where AI is playing an increasingly important role?

Join GxpManager as a Full Stack Python / React Developer and participate directly in the evolution of our platform.

Your role

Within the technical team, you will be involved in the development, the evolution and maintenance of the GxpManager application.

You will work on both the backend and the frontend, with particular attention paid to code quality, data reliability and user experience.

Your main missions will include:

* Design and develop new features;
* Develop and evolve REST APIs with Python / Flask;
* Design and maintain the user interfaces with JavaScript / React;
* Design, optimize and evolve PostgreSQL databases;
* Participate in improving the architecture and performance of the application;
* Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the platform;
* Work in a Linux environment and work on the services and tools necessary for the operation of the application;
* Participate in the integration of functionalities based on artificial intelligence;
* Explore and implement implementing uses around LLMs, AI agents, tool calls, RAG and workflow automation;
* Collaborate with other members of the team to design simple, robust and maintainable solutions.

And Delphi?

Knowledge of Delphi / Object Pascal is a plus, particularly for working on the maintenance or integration of certain existing applications.

It is however not essential: we are looking above all for a solid, curious developer capable of taking charge of an existing technical environment.

The profile we are looking for

Above all, we are looking for a person who likes to understand, build and improve.

You have a experience in web development and are comfortable with Python and JavaScript. You have a good understanding of relational databases and the Linux environment.

You are also curious about new technologies and in particular the possibilities offered by generative AI and agentic architectures.
