Required technical knowledge

• Normalization and indexes.

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join the Capitalizarme Technology team.The position will have a key role in the evolution of our digital platforms, participating in the development and continuous improvement of solutions that directly impact the operation of the business, brokers, real estate agencies and clients.

We are looking for a person with a strong orientation to problem solving, autonomy to propose solutions and the ability to function in dynamic environments where priorities can evolve according to the needs of the business.Rather than a developer who expects detailed instructions, we are looking for someone capable of understanding a problem, analyzing its implications, proposing a solution and executing it together with the team.

Develop new functionalities for the company's platforms.

• Participate in the maintenance and evolution of critical business systems.
• Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions aligned to business needs.
• Design and implement integrations between platforms and services.
• Participate in initiatives based on event-oriented architectures.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure the correct implementation ofprojects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, code quality and good development practices.
• Participate in the resolution of incidents and evolutionary support of the platforms.
• Generate scalable solutions that allow accompanying business growth.

• Hybrid modality.
• 3 days in person in an office located in Las Condes, Santiago.
• 2 days of remote work.
• We are looking for people who reside in Santiago or its surroundings to ensure proper integration with the team.
