Our IT team integrates development, data, support and infrastructure, collaborating closely to maintain operational continuity and improve the experience of the different areas of the company. 

We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity to lead the internal support team, ensuring that our technological infrastructure operates with stability, performance and security.
The role is focused on the operational and technical management of the internal environment, covering networks, users, access, security policies and critical equipment, in addition to coordinating tasks with external providers when necessary. 

You will report directly to the CTO, participating in technical decisions in the area, establishing processes, defining security standards and executing improvement projects that impact the entire organization. 

• At least 3 years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Experience developing frontends with Vue.js.
• Good command of SQL and modeling relational databases (MySQL or SQL Server).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Management of Git and working with branches and pull requests.
• Good communication and ability to work in team.
• Autonomy, proactivity and desire to learn.

We are a financial company that seeks to democratize access to financing for small and medium-sized companies. At Financia Capital we are digitizing our processes so that our clients manage their financial operations in a simple, fast and secure way.

You will join the IT team and work in our entire ecosystem: the internal backoffice, the client portal, the APIs that connect with our factoring system and data services.

Your main functions will include:

• Develop new modules and functionalities in our Laravel + Vue platforms, from end to end: data model, API, interface and deployment.
• Develop and maintain data services in Python (FastAPI) deployed in API Gateway AWS Lambda, which feed our platforms with customer information and evaluations.
• Maintain and improve existing platforms: bug fixes, performance and refactoring.
• Integrate external services (Internal Revenue Service, credit bureaus, banks, CRM) and internal APIs.
• Participate in code reviews (pull requests) and propose technical and architectural improvements.
• Collaborate with business and product in the definition of requirements and interfaces.
• Contribute to the achievement of the team's objectives and KPIs.

Our stack:

• Backend: PHP 8 / Laravel, Python / FastAPI, AdonisJS (Node.js + TypeScript).
• Frontend: Vue.js, Inertia.js, Element UI / Element Plus, TailwindCSS, Vite.
• Data: MySQL, SQL Server, Redis.
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, EC2, SNS), Cloudflare.
• Tools: Git / GitHub, Sentry, Notion.

Score points if you have:

• Experience with Python (FastAPI, pandas or SQLAlchemy) and serverless deployments in AWS Lambda.
• Experience with Inertia.js or Vue 3.
• Experience with Node.js / TypeScript, ideally AdonisJS.
• Experience with other AWS services (S3, RDS, SNS).
• Experience writing tests (PHPUnit / Pest) and using code quality tools.
• Experience in factoring, fintech or integrations with the SII.
• Portfolio or public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
