Our Finance Data team is looking for a Product Manager based in Lille or Paris. 

As part of the Finance Data & AI, we are profoundly transforming the management of commercial and financial performance. Our objective: to evolve traditional management control (FP&A) from manual reporting to automated and prescriptive strategic management, powered by AI.

As a Finance Data Product Manager, you will join a multidisciplinary team (Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Analytics Engineers and business experts). You lead the development and international expansion of our portfolio of AI solutions dedicated to the transformation of FP&A professions.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As a Data Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead continuous exploration and product discovery in contact with the business
• Conduct research on new advanced analytics products, artificial intelligence or other innovative solutions
• Define the KPIs on which to focus and estimate value creation
• Create, maintain, prioritize and communicate on the product backlog
• Make the team responsible for deliveries: respect for the structuring principles inherent in your product data, taking quality into account
• Implement product management processes to optimize the management of the insight Finance zone, which contains all the indicators in the area (discovery, backlog management, TTM measurement, etc.)
• Develop the roadmap and plan future creation of indicators and metrics by aligning the needs of the business
• Formalize the technical view and necessary data in the organized wiki
• Support BI Eng developers, Analytics engineers and AI engineers in the creation of indicators
• Implement Run, Run measurement and auditability processes to guarantee the availability and security of indicators
• Manage end user and data access to our solutions
• Define access to tools based on data finance uses
• Practice agile methods and participate in all ceremonies

• Databricks: Genie, Apps
• Technologies/languages: Python, SQL, Spark / Scala, Airflow, DBT

WHAT YOU BRING

• You already have several successful experiences (3 years minimum excluding work-study programs) as a Product Manager on data or digital projects.
• You have an agile mindset focused on continuous improvement and collective intelligence. You are passionate about the project and like to share and contribute.
• You have good communication and collaboration skills, especially in an international environment (minimum B2 English level)
• Challenging projects motivate you and you want to take responsibility quickly.
