In this PM role, you will work on traditional and agile projects, ensuring governance, delivery and control of scope, cost, time and quality. You will lead the interaction of interdisciplinary teams, manage risks throughout the entire project cycle and ensure the development and execution of plans, control boards and committee minutes, promoting timely decision-making for changes in critical project variables. You will participate in strategic and local projects focused on the technological transformation of the region and the financial sector, contributing to the continuous improvement of management processes and practices.




2 to 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in similar roles. Practical experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) of GCP client libraries.

  • Knowledge of dimensional data modeling and Data Warehouse / Data Lakehouse concepts.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD flows such as Cloud Build, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Knowledge of data formats such as Parquet, Avro and JSON.
  • Experience with integration patterns such as REST APIs, CDC and loads. incremental.

    Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related careers.

    We are looking for a Semi Senior Data Engineer to join a team focused on the construction and evolution of data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

    The challenge will be oriented to the design, development and optimization of batch and streaming pipelines, data models in BigQuery and integration and transformation processes, ensuring reliable, scalable, traceable and cost-efficient solutions.

    You will work collaboratively with Analytics, BI, IT and Business teams, transforming information needs into data solutions that enable reporting, analysis and future AI/ML use cases.

    🎯 Responsibilities
    • Design, build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines in GCP.
    • Implement ingestion processes from transactional systems, APIs and external sources to the Data Warehouse.
    • Develop and optimize data models in BigQuery, considering raw, staging and analytics layers.
    • Apply good practices of partitioning, clustering and query optimization to improve performance and control costs.
    • Orchestrate and monitor data flows using Cloud Composer (Airflow), managing dependencies, retries, alerts and SLAs.
    • Develop transformation processes using Dataflow (Apache Beam), Dataform or dbt, according to the needs of the project.
    • Implement automatic validations to ensure data quality, traceability and integrity.
    • Document data processes and solutions and participate in their cataloging.
    • Apply good security and data governance practices, including IAM, row and column level policies and sensitive information protection mechanisms.
    • Collaborate with Analytics, BI and Business teams to transform requirements into data solutions.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of the architecture, proposing performance, cost and maintainability optimizations.
    • Version code and participate in CI/CD and infrastructure processes such as code.
