As Tech Manager, you will lead the technical vision and strategic execution of advanced solutions in Data Engineering, BI and AI, guaranteeing scalable and high-impact architectures. You will be the catalyst for complex digital transformations, managing multidisciplinary teams and acting as the critical bridge between clients' business objectives and technological innovation. Your approach will integrate excellence in delivery, data governance and talent development, consolidating global standards that position the company as a technical benchmark in the market.

The requirements of the position are:

Demonstrable knowledge in processing and managing large volumes of data.
Experience with one or more data processing and/or automation tools.
Advanced knowledge of python and/or pyspark
Experience with relational databases: sql server, oracle, postgres, db2, sqlite and/or mysql
Experience in design, implementation and/or data management in data warehouse, data lakes, data lakehouses
Experience working under agile methodologies
Proficient in professional English

Functions of the position

Your responsibilities will be:

Design a data architecture that fulfills the mission of being a bridge between business strategy and technology execution under the clients' data governance guidelines.
Design, maintain and implement transactional and analytical data storage structures.
Extract data from different sources and transfer it to a data warehouse environment.
Work with large volumes of data read from sources dispersed information in the technological infrastructure of an organization.
Process data in Big Data environments and subsequently translate the emanating results into good technical designs and consistent data
Review the consolidated integration of data, either physically or virtually, and describe how the interoperability of said data enables multiple systems to communicate.
Design, build and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines for the ingestion, transformation and loading of data from various sources towards data warehouses.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex problems and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and data processing capacity.
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
