We are growing rapidly and with it our claim to make every decision based on data. That's why we're building something new: our own, central data analytics team at FlixTrain. You'll be one of the first employees on this team - that means real responsibility, real influence and the chance to help shape our work with data from day one. Together with an experienced analyst, you will develop our standards and work closely with our operational departments to translate operational data into dashboards, insights and decisions that drive the business forward.
About the role
- Together with our specialist departments, you will develop end-to-end analytics solutions with Power BI, Snowflake, Python and Git, thereby creating the basis for data-based decisions
- As the contact person for the operations data area, you translate complex questions into meaningful analyses, dashboards and recommendations for action and also support other areas of the company in the team's development phase
- You will continuously develop and automate data pipelines and reporting processes and integrate external data sources into our data warehouse
- In close collaboration with our data and engineering teams, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of your analytics solutions - from data modeling, testing and visualization to productive operation
- Through high quality standards, clean documentation and reliable KPI models, you ensure that our data products can be used as a "single source of truth"
About you
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, data science, mathematics or statistics or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience as a data analyst, business analyst, analytics engineer or in a comparable analytical role
- Very good knowledge of SQL, Python and Git as well as experience in creating dashboards and reports with Power BI
- Analytical thinking, a good understanding of business contexts as well as a structured and responsible way of working characterize you
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
