🚀 Senior Automation Test Engineer

Our Global Product & Service Team is building a next-generation workflow and approval platform serving nearly 500,000 users.

Built on NCLC and evolving through automation, and Agentic AI, the platform supports mission-critical processes across a global corporation.

This is not a short-term testing assignment. It is a long-term AI product transformation where quality, automation, reliability, and customer trust are critical.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer with deep hands-on expertise, strong product thinking, and the ambition to modernize testing through AI.

This is not only about finding defects. It is about engineering quality into a global AI product from requirements to production

🎯 Your Mission

Design, build, and continuously improve automation solutions using Playwright and Python.

Working with Product, Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and Operations, you will embed quality throughout the product lifecycle and enable faster, more reliable releases.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements and Test Design

• Analyze requirements, designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Identify ambiguity, risks, dependencies, edge cases, and negative scenarios early
• Design and review test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts
• Apply risk-based and shift-left testing to critical business journeys
• Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, defects, and releases

2. Automation Engineering

• Design and maintain scalable frameworks using Playwright with Python
• Automate web applications, APIs, integrations, workflows, permissions, and approvals
• Build reusable components and effective test-data solutions
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Improve test stability, maintainability, reporting, and execution speed
• Eliminate flaky tests and automation bottlenecks
• Perform exploratory and manual testing where it provides greater value

3. Integration and Performance Quality

• Validate complex end-to-end workflows across multiple systems
• Execute API, integration, performance, load, scalability, and resilience
