We are looking for professionals to work on the construction, maintenance and evolution of data engineering solutions, ensuring that information from different sources is made available in a secure, reliable and scalable way.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation and processing pipelines.
• Integrate data from different systems, applications and sources.
• Build and evolve ETL and ELT processes.
• Support the structuring of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and other data architectures.
• Ensure data quality, availability and reliability.
• Develop solutions using languages and tools suitable for data processing.
• Monitor pipelines and act on the investigation and correction of failures.
• Work together with teams from Analytics, Data Science, Architecture and business areas.
• Document flows, integrations, and data architecture components.

Mandatory requirements

• Practical experience with SQL.
• Experience with developing data pipelines.
• Knowledge of ETL or ELT processes.
• Knowledge of programming applied to data, preferably Python.
• Experience with relational databases and/or data storage solutions.
• Knowledge of data modeling and architecture concepts.
• Experience with code versioning using Git or equivalent tool.

Differences

• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Spark or PySpark.
• Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse or Lakehouse.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue or similar tools.
• Experience with Airflow or other orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of CI/CD applied to pipelines and data solutions.
