Job description
As a Backend Developer Senior you work on an application that makes it possible to collect, analyze and make data from various sources available to professionals who are committed to security and investigation. You are part of a multidisciplinary DevOps team that is jointly responsible for the design, development and management of this application. You develop new backend functionalities, improve existing services and actively think about technical solutions and architectural choices. You work closely with analysts and front-end developers to make data accessible and contribute to demos presenting progress. You work partly from home and at least one to two days a week in a modern, easily accessible location. In addition, you periodically participate in a picket arrangement to ensure the continuity of the application.
Who you are (or want to become) - Knowledge of several of the following subjects: Elasticsearch, GraphQL, RabbitMQ / AMQP, Neo4J, Celery, Pytest, Linux, Python, Rest-Api, Unit testing and GIT - Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker - Experience with Agile, Scrum and DevOps working - HBO working and thinking level - Good verbal expression skills - Quality-oriented - Experience with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL - Coaching skills - Team player and collaborative - Willingness to participate in a reliability study - Skilled in systems thinking - Extensive experience with the Django (rest) framework
