Presentation of the establishment
The Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Occitanie Region has the mission of representing, promoting, defending the general interests of crafts and promoting the development of businesses in the sector. A public administrative establishment, the Regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts is administered by artisans elected by their peers. Its actions are relayed in the Occitanie territories by its 13 departmental trade chambers (CMA).  
In Haute-Garonne, the CMA 31 supports the craftsman in each stage of his professional life: apprenticeship, business creation, training, economic development, business transfer.
In addition, CMA 31 manages the MURET Higher School of Trades which provides apprenticeship training and continuing professional training in the automotive, food and dental design sectors.  
It also manages a decentralized branch in Saint Gaudens “Antenne du Comminges”.  

Missions
Under the authority of the Principal Education Advisor, you ensure the supervision, security and support of apprentices within the establishment and its surroundings, outside school hours, as well as the associated administrative monitoring.
As such, you will be required to  
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and discipline;
-Ensure the prevention and management of conflicts;
-Monitor attendance (absences, lateness via YPAREO) and carry out video monitoring;
-Welcome apprentices, secure access (opening/closing, entry control) and monitor break times;
- Report any anomalies and alert in the event of a worrying situation;
- Participate in the administrative monitoring of apprentices (registrations, distribution of documents, sending of bulletins);
- Contribute to the reception and integration, particularly of apprentices with special needs.

Profile sought:

- Baccalaureate level  
- Experience in similar functions would be a plus.
- Knowledge and skills sought
