Description: Our Compliance Intelligence area Our area is responsible for developing and coordinating AI, analytics, data modeling and management dashboards solutions that support decision-making and the evolution of C6 Bank's Money Laundering Prevention (PLD) and Compliance processes. Your activities as CSixer Design, configure, test and implement agents and solutions based on Artificial Intelligence applied to Money Laundering Prevention (PLD) and Compliance processes; Support the identification of new AI use cases, evaluating opportunities for automation, efficiency gains and improving the quality of analysis; Develop and improve prompts, instructions, flows and analysis criteria used by AI agents; Carry out tests and evaluations of agents, considering aspects such as quality of responses, accuracy, consistency and adherence to defined rules and criteria; Monitor performance and efficiency indicators of implemented AI solutions; Analyze samples of interactions and results produced by agents, identifying errors, patterns and opportunities for improvement; Participate in the process of continuous improvement of agents, proposing adjustments to prompts, rules, sources of information and flows; Interact with the PLD, Compliance, Data and Technology areas to understand needs and develop solutions; Support documentation of agents, use cases, tests performed and results obtained. Requirements and experience Higher education in Computing, Engineering, Administration, Economics or related areas; Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence tools and language models (LLMs), including creating and improving prompts and using AI for problem solving and automating activities; Familiarity with concepts related to LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering and evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses; Analytical ability, logical reasoning and ease of interpreting information and data; Critical sense and attention to detail, especially to identify inconsistencies, errors and opportunities for improvement in the responses produced by AI solutions; Intermediate knowledge of Excel; Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of Python and/or SQL, especially for data analysis, testing or automation of activities, will be considered an advantage; Experience or knowledge of Money Laundering Prevention (PLD), KYC, Compliance, Sanctions or Fraud Prevention processes will be considered an advantage; Previous experience in financial institutions, fintechs or regulated environments will be considered an advantage; Availability to work in a 100% in-person work model on Av. 9 de Julho.
