The Commercial Planning area aims to support channels and products aimed at serving Legal Entities. Our mission is to provide teams with information and guidance so that we can maximize channel productivity and bank profitability, with the best possible efficiency. 

Your activities as CSixer 

• Develop, document, manage and optimize databases essential for the operation;
• Ensure the efficiency and integrity of table update processes, implementing quality controls and dashboards for real-time monitoring;
• Create and improve data structures and workflows, aiming for automation and maximum performance;
• Produce valuable reports and insights for various areas, facilitating data-based decision making;
• Work in partnership with business teams to understand needs and transform information into intelligent strategies.

Requirements and experience

• Complete Higher Education;
• Solid command of SQL, with practical experience in manipulating and administering robust databases;
• Previous knowledge in using BigQuery is desirable;
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for automation and advanced analysis;
• Ability to understand the business context to translate demands into effective technical solutions;
• Analytical profile, focused on results and passionate about process automation;
• Experience in data analytics projects and handling large volumes of data;
• Availability for in-person work in the central region of São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
