CONTEXT

The mission is part of maintaining the block-type SAN storage infrastructures for BPCE-IT in operational conditions. The company uses Cisco SAN technologies and PureStorage disk arrays exclusively. The administration of the architectures is carried out from the Charenton-le-Pont and Balma (Toulouse) sites. Regular work with collaborators located in Porto requires proficiency in professional English.

MISSIONS

*

   Administer block storage bays and the SAN network.

*

   Handle requests and incidents (Run).

*

   Provide expertise and support to infrastructure customers.

*

   Participate in projects development of infrastructures, in particular migrations, hardware upgrades (HPO) and code upgrades (HPO).

*

   Propose and develop optimization tools and methods.

*

   Participate in the evolution and migration of administration tools (mainly Perl scripts) towards a more current language (Python) and/or more industrial processes based on SNMP.

   Cisco SAN technologies (confirmed level, imperative).

*

   PureStorage arrays (junior level, important).

*

   Python development (junior level, desirable).

   Perl scripts.

*

   Metrology tools: OpenMetric, PowerBi, PostgreSQL.
location: Charenton-le-Pont.

  Presence desired on site: 3 days per week.

   Travel: not planned.

5.  Ability to maintain block SAN infrastructures in operational conditions
6.  Proficiency or first experience with Cisco and PureStorage SAN solutions
7.  Skills in support and technical expertise for infrastructure customers
8.  Ability to participate in hardware and software evolution, migration and upgrade projects
9.  Skills in developing optimization tools and methods, particularly in Python and Perl scripts
10. Knowledge of metrology and automation tools such as openmetric, PowerBi, PostgreSQL, Ansible
11. Ability to participate in technology monitoring and prospective evaluation
12. Skills in diagnosing and resolving malfunctions
13. Ability to define and implement rules for good management and operability of systems
14. Availability to participate in the on-call system
